Chickens aren’t the only ones who lay delicious eggs! Goose eggs are three times larger than chicken eggs, exceptionally hard, and are produced only part of the year — March through June — so get them while you can for your omelettes, frittattas, homemade pastas, and baked goods!

Goose eggs have a much larger yolk, so expect them to taste eggy and richer.
