Fresh Chicken Eggs

Happy hens lay tastier eggs, just ask anyone who raises chickens. But it’s more than that: eggs raised on pasture are healthier, too, with twice as much Vitamin E as conventionally-raised eggs, as well as double the omega-3 fatty acids, and a 38% higher concentration of Vitamin A. Plus, less cholesterol. It’s a superior product that’s ethically-sourced. Our hens get to experience their ultimate hen-ness on pasture their entire lives.

Cool-Season Produce

Weather-dependent, we have winter-hardy produce grown under cover to protect from hard frosts and snow. Believe it or not, hardy greens like kale and mustards taste better after a couple of frosts: it makes the leaves even sweeter. Other cool-weather-loving products include lettuces, arugula, mesclun salad mix, broccoli, carrots, kale, collards, radishes, beets, spinach, cabbage, green onions, and brussels sprouts.

Fertile Hatching Eggs

We have fertile eggs to hatch at home!

Chickens lay eggs whether there is a rooster present or not, but you’ll only get baby chicks with a fertilized egg.

With a 21 day hatch from incubation, fertile eggs are a quick and easy way to expand your flock, bond with your kids while tracking the development of the chicks, or give your broody hen the babies she’s longing for.

Because the flock is mixed, the chicks will be a mystery: they could be male or female and will be one of the following breeds: Easter Egger, Olive Egger, Austra White, Austrolorp, Speckled Sussex, or Cuckoo Marans.

$3/egg or $20/dozen*

*As I cannot supervise your hatch conditions, I cannot guarantee a successful hatch rate from your purchase. I recommend getting a couple more than you want, as a hatch is never 100% successful.

Please contact us about purchasing eggs. We will not ship, but we can deliver within a 50-mile radius of our farm (with a $10 delivery fee over 15 miles away).
